Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens is seeking a Chef de Partie who would like to build a career in the restaurant industry. Must have a "do whatever it takes" attitude.

You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Will also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking. Previous experience in a "lead" role highly desirable. Must be open to working with organic, free-range, and eco-friendly ingredients on a non-traditional menu.

Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens is seeking qualified individuals who can warmly welcome and greet our guests on arrival. Must be efficient and timely in seating our guests. Duties include opening the front door, taking names and number of people in party and provide estimated waiting time (if necessary), calling guest name when table becomes available, offering guests a menu upon seating, relaying messages to servers and bus persons, and thanking guests as they leave and invite them to return.

Must be TOP NOTCH in appearance, be at least 19 years of age, have great customer service skills, 6 months experience in a service-oriented environment, and be able to communicate clearly and stand for long periods of time.

Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens is looking for two talented individuals to lead the FOH Bistro team members to exceed the expectation of the Company and our guests. Must ensure the consistent planning, production, preparation, and prompt delivery of great-tasting food and beverages. The FOH Supervisor will help to create an atmosphere in the Bistro that builds energy, fun, and enthusiasm.

The FOH Supervisor will be responsible for operational efficiency and profitability of food service related operations and the training and retention of new and experienced team members to continually develop them in their technical skills, salesmanship, food safety, and sanitation knowledge.

The FOH Supervisor will ensure all human resource practices are adhered to. Must have at least 2-4 years of experience in a management or supervisory position. Must have great communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with other managers, all team members, and guests. Must have a valid CA drivers license and auto insurance in good standing.
